Do they? Well somehow, I think, the truth is always hard, it hurts, and causes a change but mostly the bad one. Depending on how big your lie and how far your honesty expressed, right?
I don't think people want the truth, because basically everybody wanna feel comfy, joy, safe, and everything in line with their intention. So why'd people want the truth? Why'd you want the truth? Because eventually you know that the truth hurts.
